1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 88bef platform, including the website located at 88bef.cam, any associated mobile applications, and all related gaming and sports betting services provided by 88bef ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 88bef platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the 88bef Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of the Operator or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been subject to a permanent self-exclusion on the Platform or any affiliated platform operated by 88bef.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress, coercion or undue influence.

The Operator reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any stage of the registration process or during an existing account relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. Any activity carried out through your Account will be attributed to you and treated as authorised.

• Notify 88bef support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your Account security settings.
• Do not access your Account from shared, public or otherwise unsecured devices.

The Operator reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the 88bef Platform you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment. The following general terms apply to all use of the Platform:

• You will use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You will not attempt to exploit, manipulate or circumvent the Platform's systems, software, or payout mechanisms.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or other non-human methods to interact with the Platform.
• You accept that the outcome of all games and sporting events is beyond the Operator's control, and the Operator makes no guarantees regarding results.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity associated with the proceeds of crime.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 88bef Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed at the point of wagering:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. The Operator reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each market or game. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at the Operator's discretion.
• Odds changes: Odds on sports markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. In-play odds update continuously. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to, obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, event cancellations or the discovery of irregularities affecting the integrity of the event.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football and other events are subject to brief suspension periods during which bets cannot be placed. This is a standard feature of live betting infrastructure.
• Casino and live dealer games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live-dealing mechanics, as applicable. The Operator does not influence game outcomes.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or settlement, the Operator's records shall be considered the definitive source. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

88bef offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of each offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly before the bonus is claimed.
• Minimum odds: Certain bonuses may require wagers to be placed at minimum odds (e.g., PKR bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater) to contribute toward wagering requirements. Markets placed below the minimum odds threshold will not count.
• Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports betting may contribute 100%, while certain casino game categories may contribute less. Contribution rates are displayed in the relevant bonus terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed before the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless the Operator explicitly permits this for a specific promotion.
• Abuse and misuse: The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting or any other activity designed to exploit promotions.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonuses: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-related winnings. This cap, if applicable, will be stated in the specific bonus terms.

8 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88bef Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted payment methods: Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only. These providers do not endorse gambling services or hold any affiliation with 88bef.
• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful processing. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier. The Operator does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must be deposited from an account held in your own name.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 24–72 hours on business days, though processing times may vary.
• Currency: Account balances and transactions are processed in the currency supported by the Platform. Where amounts are referenced for illustrative purposes, Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) are used as a familiar local context.
• Pending withdrawals: The Operator reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud checks or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review. Players will be notified if documentation is required.
• Responsible Gambling limits: Deposit limits set by a player via Responsible Gambling account tools will be honoured by the Platform and cannot be overridden without an appropriate cooling-off period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88bef Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit and verifiable consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted prediction tools or other non-human methods to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event or game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent technical restrictions, geo-blocks or security measures implemented by the Operator.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other users via any support channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code or proprietary systems.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88bef Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any portion of the Platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Use any automated data-gathering tools, scrapers or crawlers on the Platform.
• Use the 88bef name, logo or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 88bef Platform.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, which is inherent in the nature of the service and accepted by you at the point of wagering.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, connectivity issues or data loss beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Decisions made in reliance on information presented on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content.
• Any third-party action, including payment processor delays, that affects the timing or availability of deposits or withdrawals.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute raised against a deposit made to the Account.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or payment processor.
• Voluntary closure requested by the Account holder.

Upon Account termination, any withdrawable real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any outstanding bonus funds and applicable fees) will be returned to the Account holder following successful identity verification, subject to the Operator's AML and fraud review processes.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account or activate self-exclusion should contact support via live chat or at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the Account will be locked for the selected exclusion period.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. The Operator will provide details of its licensing jurisdiction upon request via support channels.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 is the primary domestic legislation governing gambling activity in Pakistan. The inclusion of this governing law clause does not override any mandatory provisions of Pakistani law that may apply to you.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Operator's standard complaints process may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Operator's license authority. Details are available from the support team.

14 Amendments

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform — for example, through a notification displayed on your Account dashboard or via email to your registered address.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
